As she prepares to start a prison sentence, a troubled teen mother faces an excruciating dilemma: she must decide what will happen to her infant son when she’s locked up. Out of desperation, she chooses to abandon him at a stranger’s home rather than leave him with his father, from whom she’s estranged.

 

In what seems like a bizarre twist of fate, a married couple who are desperate for a child after four failed In Vitro Fertilization attempts, discover the abandoned baby at their home and take him in. But when his mother returns days later to reclaim him, the couple can’t agree between themselves if she deserves to get him back.

 

While the couple parleys over the baby’s return to his mother, his teen dad tracks her down to the couple’s home -using GPS- and demands the return of his son.

 

As the baby’s fate hangs in the balance, an ensemble cast of characters is forced to deal with a complex situation, revealing hidden agendas, dark secrets and the daunting question of what will happen to the baby.
